Les travaux du troisi\u00e8me Sommet international des leaders religieux se sont achev\u00e9s vendredi 12 juin 2026 \u00e0 Kuala Lumpur, sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab Les leaders religieux et l\u2019autonomisation des jeunes \u00bb, avec la participation de responsables religieux, d\u2019experts, d\u2019universitaires et de jeunes venus de diff\u00e9rents horizons religieux et culturels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Organis\u00e9 conjointement par Ligue islamique mondiale et le Cabinet du Premier ministre malaisien, le sommet a mis l\u2019accent sur le r\u00f4le des leaders religieux dans la pr\u00e9vention des conflits, la promotion de la coexistence pacifique et la lutte contre l\u2019extr\u00e9misme et les discours de haine, en particulier dans l\u2019environnement num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Ligue islamique mondiale, Mohammed Al-Issa, a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 promouvoir une \u00ab paix pr\u00e9ventive \u00bb fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019anticipation et la pr\u00e9vention des crises avant leur d\u00e9clenchement. Il a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de traduire les valeurs \u00e9thiques communes en initiatives concr\u00e8tes dans les domaines de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, du dialogue et de l\u2019action sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These challenges hinder nations\u2019 hopes for a bright future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Recognizing the role of religion in shaping civilization and inspiring youth towards creativity and participation in development paths that serve humanity and foster peace, the Malaysian Prime Minister\u2019s Office and the Muslim World League convened this summit in Kuala Lumpur. It aimed to engage this vital demographic in promoting a culture of coexistence leading to sustainable development that leverages diversity for the welfare and security of peoples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participants reviewed recent global tensions in the Middle East and their deep economic repercussions affecting community stability. They called for a ceasefire and a comprehensive solution based on mutual trust, respect, good neighborliness, and an end to arms races, especially concerning weapons of mass destruction. The religious leaders emphasized that addressing escalating crises requires activating international frameworks and legal means while promoting a culture of dialogue and understanding.
